  1. 8 boiled eggs, peeled

  2. 1 tablespoon butter

  3. 1 small onion or 100 g, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed

  4. 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

  5. 200 g peeled shrimps, cleaned

  6. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  7. 1 sachet MAGGI® Coating Mix

  8. 2 cups oil for deep frying

  1. Preparation Peel the eggs carefully and set aside. Melt butter in a frying pan, add and cook onions and garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Place shrimps and onion mixture in a food processor, process for 1 minute or until a smooth paste is obtained. Coat each egg with some of the shrimp paste, then place them on a tray and freeze them for ½ an hour so they become easy to coat. Dip each shrimp coated egg in the beaten eggs, then dip it in the MAGGI® Coating Mix . Deep fry coated eggs for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with mixed green salad.
