  3. 2 tablespoons cumin seeds

  4. 1 tablespoon peppercorns

  5. 3 tablespoons coriander seeds

  6. 2 1/2 cm cinnamon

  7. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

  1. ROAST all the ingredients, except turmeric powder. When cool, add turmeric powder and grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar or bottle.
