  1. 2 c. milk

  2. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

  3. 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

  4. 2 bananas

  5. Coconut

  1. Bake one pie shell. Blend until creamy at a low speed 1/2 cup milk and the package of cream cheese. Add pudding and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Blend again. Cut up bananas in the bottom of a pie shell. Pour mixture over the bananas. Sprinkle toasted coconut over the pie mixture. Chill.
