  4. 5 tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt

  5. 3 to 6 large cloves garlic

  6. 2 medium green onions

  7. 19 oz. can chickpeas, drained

  2. Blend lemon juice, peanut butter and yogurt. Add garlic and onions and continue to blend, slowly adding chickpeas a little at a time, blending well after each addition, until smooth.
