  8. 1 cup whole milk

  9. 1 teaspoon cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Instructions Heat oil and butter in a large pan on medium. Peel and slice garlic, then cook until soft. Peel shrimp and add with the onions to the garlic. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes. Whisk together the milk and cornstarch, then add to shrimp. Continue cooking while stirring for 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and top with cheese, salt, and pepper. .
