  1. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  3. 2/3 cup 41g / 1.4oz Onion - minced

  4. 1 Garlic

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red pepper flakes

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  9. 1 Bay leaf

  10. 2/3 teaspoon 3 1/3ml Thyme

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Peanut oil

  12. 3 teaspoons 15ml Dry mustard

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cold water

  1. Recipe Instructions Boil all but last two ingredients for five minutes. Dissolve mustard in water and add.
