  2. 15 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil , drained, chopped

  3. 1/4 cup fresh pesto sauce

  1. In a food processor blend cream cheese and 10 tomatoes.

  2. Mix in rest of the tomatoes.

  3. Layer half of cheese mixture on to serving platter.

  4. spread half of the pesto repeat with rest of cheese and pesto.

  5. Serve with crackers, grilled chicken or fresh veggies.
