  1. 3 tb Vegetable oil

  2. 2 tb Onions, chopped

  3. 1 tb Garlic, chopped

  4. 1/2 c Green beans, chopped

  5. 2 tb Peppery curry paste, see

  6. -- recipe 5 c Cooked long-grain rice

  7. 2 tb Soy sauce

  8. --GARNISH-- 1 tb Cilantro leaves, chopepd

  9. 1/2 c Cucumber, sliced

  10. 3 ea Green onions, sliced

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
