  1. 1 tb Salad dressing (mayonnaise)

  2. 3 oz Cream cheese; softened

  3. 4 oz Natural sharp Cheddar cheese

  4. --finely shredded

  5. 3 oz Chopped pressed beef

  6. --finely chopped

  7. 1/2 c Pecans; finely chopped

  1. Mix salad dressing with softened cream cheese.

  2. Add Cheddar cheese and beef.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Shape into a 10-inch log.

  5. Roll in pecans.

  6. Wrap in waxed paper.

  7. Chill.

  8. Serve sliced with assorted crisp crackers.
