  12. 2 Rice - finely washed.

  1. Pour oil in to a Pan or Pressure Cooker and heat.

  2. Add mustard seeds and Cumin seeds till they fry., then add green chillies and fry.

  3. Add curry leaves, onions.Fry onion untill brown.

  4. Then add tomatoes and fry untill they become tender.

  5. Add drumsticks and fry for 3 mins, then add rice and fry for 3-4 mins and then add coriander and mint leaves and fry for another 3 mins.

  6. Then add 5.75 glasses of coconut milk(Mix some water with cocunut milk mentioned).

  7. Finally add salt and mirchi powder to taste and leave it for 2 pressures.

  8. Then reduce the flame and cook it for another 4-5 mins.

  9. Once it is ready remove the drumsticks. and serve with onion,carrot raita.

  10. Note: 1) Once cooked there will not be any taste in drumsticks. You can just remove them from the dish before serving.

  11. Main ingredients for taste are "Hard Drumsticks and Coconut Milk".
