  1. 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  2. 2 tbsp. dried culinary lavender

  3. 4 chamomile tea bags

  1. Crush mint leaves and put in a 1-gallon lidded jar.

  2. Add lavender and chamomile.

  3. Fill jar with water to within 2 in. of rim.

  4. Cover and refrigerate until cold.

  5. Pour through a cheesecloth-lined colander into pitcher for serving.<
