  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 3/4 cocoa powder, plus more for garnish

  4. 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

  5. 2/3 cup coffee liqueur

  6. 2/3 cup coconut rum

  7. Whipped topping, for serving

  1. In a large pot, whisk together milk, sugar, cocoa, nutmeg, coffee liqueur, and coconut rum. Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking occasionally. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Serve with whipped topping and a dusting of cocoa powder.
