  1. 8 oz mild Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, cut into cubes (1 1/2 cups)

  2. 1/2 cup mild taco sauce

  3. 1 can (15 oz) chili without beans

  4. 3 lb cocktail-size hot dogs or smoked link sausages

  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1. In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place cheese, taco sauce, chili and hot dogs; stir to coat well.

  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot dogs with tortilla chips, if desired.
