  1. 1/3 c Flaked smoked catfish

  2. 1/2 c Butter or margarine,softened

  3. 1 T Lemon juice

  4. 1/8 t Black pepper

  5. 1 x Lemon wedges

  6. 1 pk Cream cheese,softened(8 oz)

  7. 2 T Red wine

  8. 1/2 ea Clove garlic,crushed

  9. 1 x Toast fingers

  10. 1. Combine all ingredients except toast and lemon wedges in a

  11. processor bowl; process until ingredients are mixed well. 2. Chill in molds or crocks.

  12. 3. Serve on toast fingers; squeeze lemon wedges over pate.
