  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Prepared horseradish

  3. 1 cup 237ml Apple jelly

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry mustard

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh ground black pepper

  1. Process the ingredients in a food processor or a blender until smooth.

  2. Spoon into a jar and store in the refrigerator until needed.

  3. Stores for 14-16 days.

  4. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
