  1. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  2. 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson® Natural Goodness Chicken Broth

  3. 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

  4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 2 cups broccoli flowerets

  6. 2 medium carrots, sliced

  7. 1 medium onion, cut into wedges

  8. 1 medium tomato, diced

  9. 4 cups hot cooked thin spaghetti, cooked without salt

  10. 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Mix cornstarch and 3/4 cup broth.

  2. Mix remaining broth, oregano, garlic, broccoli, carrots and onion in saucepot. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in tomato. Toss with spaghetti and serve with cheese.
