  1. 2 cups Cooked orzo; still warm

  2. 1/2 cup Water-packed artichoke hearts; chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons Lowfat Italian salad dressing; spicy with parmesan

  1. Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled, not cold. Variations: 1. add finely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes.
