  4. 200 g Salt a little Sesame Oil

  5. a little Premium Soy Sauce

  6. a little Seasoning Mix

  7. Sesame Seed Paste

  8. 50 g Sesame Oil

  9. 15 g Premium Soy Sauce

  10. 10 g Chinkiang Vinegar

  11. 8 g Peppercorn Chilli Oil

  12. 6 g Premium Oyster Sauce

  13. 3 g Sugar

  14. 15 g Minced ginger

  15. 5 Salt

  16. 2 g Drinking water adequate amount

  1. Poach chicken in water until done. Cut into shreds. Soak bean vermicelli sheets in warm water until soft. Cut into strips. Blanch in hot water and drain. Wash and remove seeds of cucumber. Cut into shreds. Put onto a bowl and mix with salt. Then rinse.

  2. Mix Lee Kum Kee Sesame Seed Paste, Lee Kum kee Pure Sesame Oil and drinking water in a bowl. Then add Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Chinkiang Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Peppercorn Chili Oil and minced ginger to form a seasoning mix.

  3. Squeeze water out of cucumber. Mix cucumber and bean vermicelli strips with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Premium Say Sauce. Put on a serving plate. Top with chicken shreds. Pour over the seasoning mix.
