  1. 4 cups Pancake Mix

  2. Water

  3. 6 oz Chocolate Chips

  4. 15 oz can Pumpkin

  1. Prepare pancake mix according to box directions. Mix in pumpkin and chocolate chips. Heat and lightly oil a griddle or pan. Scoop batter onto griddle using a 1/4 cup scoop to keep pancakes uniform in size. When pancakes begin to bubble on sides, flip and cook about 2 minutes.
