  9. 1 c Cumin Seeds

  10. 2 oz Dried Root Ginger

  11. 2 Peppercorns

  12. 1 oz Cardamom Pods

  13. 1/4 c Fennel Seeds

  14. 1/4 c Dried Red Chilis

  15. 1/4 c Blades Of Mace

  16. 1 1/2 tb Whole Cloves

  17. 2 tb Mustard Seeds

  18. 2 tb Poppy Seeds

  19. Store in an airtight jar after blending well.

  20. NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
