  1. 1 pack Frozen broccoli; thawed

  2. cup Flour

  3. 1 teaspoon Baking soda

  4. 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  5. 1 teaspoon Salt

  6. cup Milk

  7. 1 Egg

  8. 1 can Cream of chicken soup

  9. 2 cups Cooked chicken; cubed

  10. 1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded

  1. Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased 2 quart baking dish. Mix the dry ingredients together and then mix in the milk, egg, and soup. Mix well with a whisk. Pour this mixture over the broccoli in the dish and add the chicken and the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. enjoy! NOTES : Deb's Notes - I forgot the flour and topped the cassarole with Pepperidge Farm Stuffing, dotted with butter. It was very good.
