  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Diced onion

  3. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped green bell pepper

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  5. 4 cups 584g / 20oz Diced cooked potatoes

  6. 1 Ortega diced green chiles - (7 oz)

  7. 1 cup 237ml Ortega thick and chunky salsa

  8. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Shredded cooked chicken

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  1. Melt butter in large skillet; add onion, bell pepper and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Add potatoes, chiles, salsa and chicken; cook for 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Wipe out skillet; add oil. Return mixture to skillet; fry over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
