  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - grated (small)

  4. 1/2 Green bell pepper - diced

  5. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Cooked chicken or turkey

  6. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Grated cheddar cheese

  7. 1 Milk

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 1 Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325øF for 1-1/2 hours.
