  1. 1/2 cup apricot preserves

  2. 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, finely chopped

  3. 1 teaspoon adobo sauce

  4. 2 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon

  5. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese Assorted crackers

  1. Heat apricot preserves, chile, adobo sauce and bouillon in small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute or until bouillon is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Place cream cheese on serving platter; pour apricot sauce over cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
