  1. 1/2 pound(s) macaroni

  2. 1 teaspoon(s) butter

  3. 1 whole(s) egg beaten

  4. 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  5. 1 teaspoon(s) dried mustard

  6. 3 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese grated

  7. 1 cup(s) milk

  1. Boil macaroni and drain.

  2. Still in butter and egg.

  3. Mix mustard and salt w/ 1T hot water and add to milk.

  4. Add cheese, leaving enough to sprinkle on top.

  5. Pour into buttered casserole; add milk, sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
