  1. 1 tb brown sugar

  2. 1 tb sweet paprika

  3. 1 ts dry mustard

  4. 1 ts ground allspice

  5. 1/4 ts pepper

  6. 2 ea 6 oz 1 thick tenderloin

  7. -steaks

  8. Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)

  9. Prepare Barbecue (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve hot.
