  1. 1 can pink salmon ,drained

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 1/2 C. chopped onion

  4. 1/4 to 1/2 C flour

  5. 2 Tbs. corn meal

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  1. Put all ingredients into large mixing bowl except flour.

  2. Use potato masher to mix to ensure it is mixed well and broken up good.

  3. While doing this add a little flour at a time until mixture has a cood consistency to hold together good.

  4. Drop into skillet by tablespoon full and pat out with back of spoon.

  5. Cook over medium heat with plenty of oil until brown on bottom then flip and cook on other side until it is brown.

  6. Drain on paper towels.
