  1. Beef Marinade

  2. 1 cup whiskey, brandy, or sherry

  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar garlic

  4. 1 chipotle pepper

  5. Mix all ingredients and place steaks and marinade in one big ziplock

  6. bag. Press out all the air. Seal. Toss in the fridge for at least

  7. 24 hours or up to

  8. 3 days. The longer you leave it, the stronger

  9. the marinade will make the meat taste and the more tender it will

  10. become. Take this into account if you are using a strong tasting

  11. alcohol and leave it in for less time. When done, discard the

  12. marinade and season the steaks to your liking.
