  7. 1 lb lean ground beef

  8. 1/2 c cottage cheese

  9. 1 egg

  10. 3/4 tsp dry mustard

  11. 3 tbsp melted butter

  12. 1 tsp salt

  13. 1 tsp MSG

  14. 1 tbsp chopped green onions

  15. 5 tbsp melted butter

  16. 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

  17. In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, egg, seasonings and green onion. Add the

  18. 3 tablespoons melted butter. Beat to mix. Add the ground beef and mix well.

  19. 4 patties. Melt the

  20. 5 tablespoons butter in a hot frying pan.

  21. Cook the "burgers" to your liking, turning only once. Cut 4 hamburger buns

  22. in half. Dip cut sides into pan drippigs and place under broiler until

  23. lightly toasted. Place meat between bun halves and garnish with pickle

  24. fans. These have a good beefy flavor enhanced by the goodness of butter.

  25. When you want flavor .. use butter.
