  2. 8 ounces fresh mushrooms

  3. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  4. 1/4 cup 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup olive oil

  6. 1 small white onion -- minced fine

  7. 1 teaspoon oregano

  8. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. Clean the mushrooms and boil them for 10 minutes in a mixture of 2 Tbspcidervinegar and enough boiling water to cover.

  2. Mix all other ingredients together. Add mushrooms. Refrigerate overnight.
