  1. 24 strawberries

  2. 2 firm bananas -- cut into 8 pieces, -- toss in lemon juice

  3. 2 ripe peaches

  4. 8 small skewers -- soaked for 1 hour -- in water **RUM BUTTER**

  5. 50 grams unsalted butter

  6. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  7. 2 tablespoons rum liqueur

  8. 6 tablespoons fromage frais

  1. Preparation : Heat the grill. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones and cut into quarters. Thread 8 small skewers alternating with the other fruits. Rum butter: Cut butter into pieces, mix with sugar and rum liqueur. Dot butter over kebabs and grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with remaining rum butter and add a spoonful of fromage frais.
