  2. 4 lb Jack cheese, cut in strips

  3. 4 Ounces green chiles, seeded

  4. 4 Eggs

  5. 1/3 cup Milk

  6. 1/2 cup Flour

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

  8. 1 cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese

  9. 1 can Marinara sauce

  10. Pitted ripe olives(garnish)

  1. Stuff chilies w/jack cheese. Arrange chiliesside-by-side in greased shallow 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.

  2. Beet eggs until thick and foamy, add milk, flour andbaking powder - blend.

  3. Pour egg batter over chiles - cover all chiles withbatter. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered@ 375 30 minutes or until set. Serve with heatedmarinara sauce and olives.

  4. Note: I used 18 fresh Anaheim chilies (1.5 pds).

  5. Blistered under broiler until popped and brown. Thenpeeled and seeded.
