  1. 4 to 5 cups of flour

  3. 1 tablespoon oil

  4. 1 cup lukewarm water

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix flour and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in center. Add egg, water and oil. Beat mixture with fork gradually. When half of flour is mixed and not to sticky on your hands, you can start mixing in the remaining flour with your hands. Mix through. Cover with a clean cloth. Sprinkle flour on bread board so that dough will not stick, Knead the dough in a rolling motion, pressing it away from you with the heal of your hand. Knead 15 to 20 minutes or till dough is velvety smooth. Cut dough in half and roll into a ball. Flatten and rub oil on it to prevent drying. Put each portion of dough in a plastic bag and let rest at room temp. for a least one hour. Roll out one batch of dough at a time on a lightly floured board. Cover with cloth and set aside. You will need 2 bread boards so you can roll out half the dough on each on so you will have one to cover filling.
