  1. Olive Oil

  2. 150g Walnuts

  3. 2 shallots, finely chopped

  4. 4 slices bacon, chopped

  5. 100g Brussell Sprouts, shredded

  6. 300g Savoy Cabbage, shredded

  7. 200g Spring Greens, chopped

  8. Walnut Oil

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry walnuts until browned – the remove them to a plate.

  2. Fry the shallots and bacon for a couple of minutes, then add the sprouts and fry for another minute or two stirring all the time.

  3. Add the cabbage/spring greens and stir fry over a high heat until all greens wilt and are lightly browed.

  4. Drizzle with a little walnut oil, season and toss together with the walnuts You can replace walnuts with Pine Nuts if you wish – equally delicious.
