  1. 1 pound bulk sausage

  2. 1/2 cup onion , chopped

  3. 1/3 cup green pepper , chopped

  4. 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  5. 1 tablespoon flour

  6. 2 egg s, beaten

  7. 1 cup evaporated milk

  8. 1 tbsp parsley or 1 tsp dehydrated parsley flakes

  9. 3/4 tsp seasoned salt

  10. 1/4 tsp garlic salt

  11. 1/4 tsp pepper

  12. 1 deep dish pie crust

  13. 1 (6 to 8 ounce) package sliced mozzarella cheese

  1. Fry sausage (into crumbles) and drain on paper towel. Saute onion and green pepper in sausage grease for 3-4 minutes. Drain. Combine cheddar cheese and flour in large bowl. Stir in cooked sausage, green pepper, and onion. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Mix well. Put half of sausage mixture into pie shell. Layer half of mozzarella cheese slices. Cover with remaining sausage mixture. Pour egg-milk mixture over all of this. Bake on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Take out and place remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 10 more minutes.
