  7. 1 1/2 c Flour, whole wheat

  8. 1/4 c Sugar, granulated

  9. 1 tb Baking powder

  10. 1 c Milk, skim

  11. 6 tb Margarine, unsalted

  12. - melted 1 Eggs

  13. - beaten Preheat oven to 400F. Combine cereal, flour, sugar

  14. and baking powder, using a fork. Combine milk,

  15. margarine and egg; add to dry mixture, and use a fork

  16. to combine

  17. do not overmix or beat. Spray muffins

  18. tins with cooking spray, divide batter amoung cups and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until browned or toothpick

  19. comes out clean. Remove to rack and cool.
