  2. 2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast, cut into 1" pieces

  3. 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Campbell's® Chicken Gravy

  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves , crushed

  5. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  6. 1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas , rinsed and drained
