  1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/2 medium onion , sliced

  3. 2 medium red baking apples , sliced

  4. 1/2 cup honey

  5. 1/3 cup kraft zesty Italian dressing

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2 Spray large nonstick oven proof skillet with cooking spray.

  2. Heat on medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken; cook 3 minute on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.

  4. Remove from heat.

  5. Place onion on top of chicken; place apples around sides of chicken.

  6. Mix honey and dressing; pour over chicken.

  7. Bake 20 to 25 minute or until chicken is cooked through.

  8. Spoon syrup mixture in skillet over chicken just before serving.
