  3. 3/4 cup sweet cream

  4. 1 cup coconut

  5. 1/4 cup chopped candied cherries

  6. 1/4 cup butter

  7. 1/4 cup chopped candied pineapple

  8. 1 teaspoon almond or rose flavoring

  9. 1/4 cup chopped figs

  1. Combine cream, butter, and sugar. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Cool to room temperature. Beat until creamy. Add chopped fruit and coconut. Add flavoring. Pour into well-buttered shallow pan. Cut in squares.
