  1. 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter

  2. 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce, divided

  3. 1/3 cup hot water

  4. 2 Tbsp light soy sauce

  5. 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips.

  1. Mix peanut butter, 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl. Arrange chicken on metal skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce. Grill chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut sauce. *toss 1 lb hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.
