  5. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  6. 15 oz. can artichoke hearts

  7. 4 tbsp. butter

  8. 8-10 mushrooms

  9. 1/2 cup chicken broth

  10. 1/4 cup white wine flour

  11. Preparation:

  12. 1-2 minutes. Add artichokes, wine, broth and flour, stirring frequently until warm. Add chicken and heat through again about 3 minutes. Serve immediately over white rice.
