  1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 3/4 cups rolled oats

  6. 1 cup white sugar

  7. 1/2 cup raisins

  8. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  9. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  10. 1/2 cup melted shortening

  11. 1/2 cup melted butter

  12. 1 egg

  13. 1/4 cup milk

  14. 1 tablespoon molasses

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In large bowl stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon 1-1/2 inches apart on ungreased sheets (Make the cookies small). Bake for 12 minutes or until brown.
