  1. 1 ( 8 oz pkg,) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened.

  2. 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs.

  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powedr.

  4. 2 cups, ( about 1 lb,) imitation crabmeat.

  5. 30 wonton wrappers. Cooking spray

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Mix well w/ mixer. Add crabmeat, beat until thoroughly mixed. Place 1-1/2 tsp mix in center of each wonton. Brush edges w/ a small amount of water. Fold each wonton in 1/2, ( like a turnover,) over the mix. Press to seal. Place wontons on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min, or until crispy and golden, turning once 1/2 through baking.
