  5. 1 c Graham cracker crumbs

  6. 1/2 c Firmly packed light brown su

  7. 1/4 c Butter, melted

  8. 2 c Peanut butter

  9. 2 c Sugar

  10. 2 pk 8-oz cream cheese, room temp

  11. 2 T Butter, melted

  12. 2 t Vanilla

  13. 1 1/2 c Whipping cream

  14. 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate

  15. 3 T Hot coffee

  16. 2 t Hot coffee

  17. Combine crumbs, brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Press into bottom

  18. and halfway up sides of 9 inch springform pan or pie pan.

  19. Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and vanilla in large bowl of electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat

  20. cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipping cream into peanut butter

  21. mixture. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 6 hours. Melt chocolate with

  22. coffee in double boiler over gently simmering water. Spread atop

  23. filling. Refrigerate until firm.
