  1. 12 Strips Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

  2. 4 Ounces Swiss Cheese, shredded

  3. 1 Cup Sweet Onion, chopped fine

  4. 4 Large Eggs, beaten

  5. 2 Cups Half and Half 1 Cup Bisquick® Baking Mix Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste

  1. Grease a 10 inch pie plate.

  2. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on bottom of plate.

  3. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Pour over bacon, cheese and onion.

  5. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

  6. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
