  1. 1 bunch broccoli

  2. 2 onions

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 2 tablespoons butter

  5. 1 cup grated swiss cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese

  6. 1/4 cup fresh dill

  7. 4 eggs

  8. 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 teaspoon pepper

  11. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  1. Trim most of the stem of broccili and steam.

  2. Cut up in small pieces.

  3. Butter a 10 inch plate and put steamed broccoli on bottom.

  4. Cook onions and garlic in butter 5 mins.

  5. ,put over broccoli.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese.

  7. Beat the eggs, and add to eggs cottage cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and dill and pour over top.

  8. Bake at 375 30-40 mins.

  9. Cool 10 mins.
