  1. 3 pounds boneless beef chuck -- cut in

  2. 1" cubes

  3. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  4. 2 teaspoons salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  6. 8 ounces precooked sausage links -- cut into 1" pieces

  7. 2 cups leeks -- chopped

  8. 3 stalks celery -- cut up

  9. 3 medium potatoes -- peeled and cubed

  10. 1 15 oz can whole tomatoes

  11. 1 teaspoon oregano

  12. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  13. 1/2 cup beef broth

  14. 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet

  15. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  16. 3 tablespoons water

  1. Preparation : Wipe beef well. Combine 1/3 cup flour with salt and pepper. Toss beef cubes with flour mixture to coat thoroughly; place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons flour and the water in order listed; stir well. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 12 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high setting. Make a smooth paste of flour and the water; stir into crockpot, mixing well. Cover and cook until thickened.
