  1. 1 cup water

  2. 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)

  3. 1/4 tsp. salt

  4. 1 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 4 egg s

  6. 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

  7. 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

  8. 12 oz. carton whipped topping , thawed chocolate syrup

  1. Bring water, butter and salt to a boil.

  2. Add flour all at once; stir until a amooth ball forms. Remove from heat for 5 min.

  3. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each until smooth.

  4. Spread onto greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake 400˚ for 30-35 minutes; puffy and golden.

  5. Cool completely. If desired, remove puff from pan and onto serving platter.

  6. Mix cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth.

  7. Spread over puff; cool 20 minutes. Spread whipped topping; refrigerate.

  8. Drizzle with chocolate right before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
