  1. 8 oz 227g Crab meat

  2. 5 oz 142g Frozen cut asparagus

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onion

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Sliced water chestnuts

  5. Lettuce leaves

  6. Parsley

  7. Dressing

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Plain yogurt

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Horseradish mustard

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Mayonnaise

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  12. 2 teaspoons 10ml Soy sauce

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire Sauce

  1. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

  2. In a Separate Bowl, Combine The Salad Ingredients. Pour Dressing Over Crab Salad.

  3. Toss Gently.

  4. Chill Several Hours.

  5. Serve On Lettuce Leaves. Garnish With Parsley.

  6. Makes 2 1/2 Cups.
