  2. 4 pork chops -- about 1-1/4-inches t

  3. 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  4. 4 crushed garlic cloves

  5. 1/4 cup grated ginger root

  6. 1 tablespoon chili powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  9. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chiles

  10. 3 tablespoons water

  1. Place all ingredients except pork chops in blender container; blend until smooth and spread about 2 teaspoons of paste on each chop, covering both sides. Cover chops and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.

  2. Prepare medium-hot grill in kettle-style covered grill.

  3. Grill chops directly over coals for 7 to 8 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
